Job Description
Join a brand-new 50-bed hospital and clinic system seeking a leadership-driven physician to help shape the future of same-day and urgent care within a 100+ provider network. This is a rare opportunity to build and partner directly with the ED Section Chair and CMO to grow a quality-focused, patient-centered clinic, all within a supportive, community-oriented health system.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Lead the clinic in close collaboration with the ED Section Chair and CMO.
- 12-16 shifts/month (target of 14), with dedicated administrative time built into your schedule.
- Broad same-day/urgent care scope: strep tests, fracture care, suturing, respiratory illness testing, and more.
- Dedicated medical assistant plus
EPIC EMR
with DAX Virtual Scribe support.Compensation Highlights:
- Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus.
- $15,000 one-time relocation stipend.
- $44,000/year in uncapped student loan repayment.
- Base Salary Starting at $360,000 + wRVU and up to $20,000 in quality incentives.
