Job Description
Prairie Ridge Health Hospital, an award-winning critical access hospital located just 30 minutes from Madison, WI is seeking a Family Medicine physician passionate about patient relationships and quality outcomes to join its dynamic team. Escape the burnout of rigorous RVU requirements and put your patients first in a physician-focused organization.
Overview:
- 32 patient contact hours per week in clinic and relaxed WRVU requirements allowing you form relationships with your colleagues and patients.
- Practice at their brand new outpatient clinic in Sun Prairie (suburb in Madison) or Columbus
- Unlike many outpatient-only roles, this position allows you to keep a meaningful newborn practice and care for families across generations
- Average of 18 patients per clinic day
- 4 day work week

Compensation:
- $150,000 Sign-on bonus, $340,000+ annual compensation that includes never ending base guarantee, performance incentives and APP supervision
