Job Description

Join a collaborative team delivering high-quality care to post-acute and long-term care patients across skilled nursing facilities in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, meaningful clinical impact, and partnership with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide patient-centered care and clinical oversight at assigned facilities.
Practice locations:
Primary:
Kenosha, WI Additional WI opportunities: Florence, Montello, Owen Nationwide openings:
GA, KS, IL, LA, IN, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN

Qualifications:
MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
