Advocate Health is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora Health Center in New Berlin, WI. Highlights Family Medicine without OB Two year salary guarantee ranging from $333,037 to $333,037 as well as student loan forgiveness and sign on bonus up to $125,000 The team is a primary care team including internists, family physicians and med/peds physicians The site has almost all specialties including: Diabetic Educators, urology, podiatry, neurology, endocrinology, surgery, electrophysiology, OBGYN, orthopedics, cardiology, nephrology, behavior health The equipment on site includes Full ACL lab (done on site), Imaging including x-ray, KAT scan, 3D mamo and Bone Density, full service pharmacy, urgent care and procedure room Supportive structure including MA, 2.5 FTE's of shared RN's who only do triage and an APC with their own patient panel
