What You Need Required:
Wisconsin Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one) Experience in Emergency Medicine or Acute Care settings Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Certification in ACLS, ATLS, or PALS Prior telemedicine or telehealth experience About the Assignment This opportunity is based at a leading facility in Portage, WI, located just 30 minutes from Madison and 20 minutes from Wisconsin Dells and scenic tourist spots. The emergency department manages approximately 40-60 patients daily, staffed by a dedicated team including APCs and physicians. With access to advanced telemedicine services and a UW helicopter on site, this assignment provides excellent support and resources to deliver top-tier emergency care.
