Neurology Physician Opportunity in Rock Springs, Wyoming Visa Sponsorship Available Established Patient Panel A well-established neurology practice is seeking a physician to step into a vital, highly influential role serving an appreciative patient base. This unique opportunity allows you to inherit a robust, mature patient panel with an immediate referral stream from day one. Located in scenic Southwest Wyoming, this position offers the perfect blend of clinical autonomy, financial security, and an exceptional outdoor lifestyle.
The Practice:
This is the only neurology practice serving the region, with 1,600 established patients and 15 to 25 new patient referrals per week from primary care physicians. The patient population is primarily adults aged 40 to 75, with cases spanning migraines, neuropathy, cognitive decline, tremors, and multiple sclerosis. Monday through Friday schedule with half days on Fridays 8 to 12 patients during full clinic days; 4 to 6 on half days 2 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms; supported by a dedicated Registered Nurse Cerner EMR with Dragon Medical dictation fully implemented No formal call schedule; occasional ED and hospitalist consult requests only
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary of $375,000 $30,000 signing bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance Up to $90,000 in educational loan repayment over three years 6 weeks PTO; 401K with 7% employer matching Full health, dental, and vision benefits CME time and allowance; malpractice insurance with tail coverage
