Podiatrist Independent 1099 LiveWell Homecare Agency San Jose, CA Job Details Contract 9 hours ago Qualifications DEA License Full Job Description Seeking a Podiatrist (DPM) as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role treating patients on-site for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly. Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, supporting return to work and functional recovery, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams. The position involves both non-surgical and surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal care, with active case management and communication with employers. Qualifications include licensure in the state of practice, graduate from an accredited DPM program, unrestricted DEA license, ABPM board certification or eligibility, and malpractice insurance. Preferred experience involves treating work-related injuries. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
