This is an opportunity to join an established, high-volume practice with a strong existing patient base, consistent new-patient demand, and significant opportunity for professional and financial growth. We are looking for a podiatrist who is personable, clinically confident, efficient, and interested in building a long-term practice in Hawaii. The Opportunity Unlike positions where a new associate must spend months building a schedule from scratch, our practice has existing patient demand and an established patient base available for transition to the incoming physician . The ideal candidate will enjoy a predominantly office-based practice and be comfortable treating a broad range of foot and ankle conditions, including: Sports medicine and musculoskeletal conditions Minor office procedures Heel and arch pain Forefoot pathology Dermatologic foot conditions Diabetic foot care Routine and complex podiatric conditions Our practice places a strong emphasis on high-quality, efficient, patient-centered care without requiring physicians to build their practice around surgery. Compensation structure can include:

Qualifications Applicants must:
Hold a DPM degree from an accredited college of podiatric medicine Have completed or be completing an accredited podiatric residency Be eligible for Hawaii podiatric medical licensure Be eligible for Medicare and major commercial insurance credentialing Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Provide thoughtful, ethical, patient-centered care New residency graduates are encouraged to apply. Experienced podiatrists interested in transitioning an established practice or relocating to Hawaii are also welcome.
