Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed physical exams and diagnostic assessments of foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions Develop and execute custom, patient-centered treatment plans Perform in-office procedures and advanced surgical interventions as clinically indicated Prescribe medications, custom orthotics, and targeted physical therapy Educate patients on preventive care and post-treatment recovery Maintain prompt, detailed, and accurate EMR documentation Collaborate seamlessly with medical assistants, surgeons, and referring providers to coordinate care

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education:

Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited program

Residency:

Completion of a 3-year PMSR (PMSR/RRA certification preferred)

Licensure:

Current and unrestricted New Mexico state podiatry license (or ability to obtain)

Certification:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatric Surgery (ABFAS / ABPM) Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills with excellent communication abilities
