With a manageable caseload of approximately 43 students, your focus will span general education students receiving speech services and two self-contained foundational skills classrooms serving students with intellectual disabilities.

Key Qualifications:

Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology (required) Current and valid certification/licensure to practice as a School Psychologist in Arizona Previous experience working with elementary and middle school students (K-8) Proficiency conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering consultative services Strong communication and collaboration abilities, particularly within multidisciplinary teams Compassion and experience working with both general education students and those with intellectual disabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide recommendations as part of the special education eligibility process Deliver direct and consultative services to general education students receiving speech therapy, as well as students in two foundational skills classrooms Develop, review, and help implement IEPs Facilitate behavioral interventions and support positive student outcomes Participate actively in team meetings, providing expertise in assessment results and progress monitoring Collaborate with faculty, families, and related service providers to promote students' academic and social-emotional growth This role offers a consistent 40-hour work week and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships across a tight-knit school community.
