Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based position near Bellflower, CA for the 20262027 school year.

Position Details:

Full-time, school-based position MondayFriday schedule Support students across the school setting Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide behavioral support and consultation to students and staff Collect and analyze behavioral data Train and support RBTs and other school staff Help develop and implement evidence-based behavioral strategies

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Active BCBA certification California licensure/credentialing as required School-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Why Sunbelt?
