Serving an itinerant caseload, you'll provide essential support to students of varying ages while collaborating to conduct bilingual assessments and meet the diverse needs of the school community.

Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in School Psychology required Valid Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) certification in California Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is essential for performing assessments and parent/teacher communications Experience working with students across elementary, middle, and high school settings preferred Strong evaluation, counseling, and collaborative skills Ability to work on-site across multiple campuses as needed Effective interpersonal and cultural competence skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological and bilingual assessments Develop and implement appropriate interventions and recommendations in partnership with educational teams Consult with educators, parents, and other support staff to create and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Advocate for student well-being and success across diverse educational settings Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements Travel as needed between assigned schools within the district Why consider this opportunity?
