Qualifications:

Current California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential with authorization as a School Psychologist Experience working with students across a broad age range (elementary through transition-age) Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills within school settings Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals Knowledge of federal and state regulations concerning special education

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations for students referred for assessment Participate as an active member of multidisciplinary teams to determine student needs and eligibility Provide individual and group counseling and social-emotional support Develop intervention strategies and support plans tailored to each students unique needs Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support positive student outcomes Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with relevant guidelines Working as a contract school psychologist in this environment allows you to impact the lives of students while collaborating with dedicated professionals and gaining experience in various educational contexts.
