Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Current California license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) Experience providing mental health services to children and adolescents School-based experience preferred, but not required Why Join Invo? What You'll Do:

Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote emotional regulation, coping skills, and overall well-being Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and community partners to support student success Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide mental health initiatives Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state, district, and organizational standards Help foster safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments where every student can thrive At Invo, we believe every student deserves access to high-quality mental health care.
