We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and experienced Psychologist to join our clinical team, with a focus on providing meaningful psychotherapy services while working alongside a diverse and supportive multidisciplinary team. What You'll Do:
Provide Psychotherapy Services Provide high-quality in-person and telehealth psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families based on clinical needs and treatment plans. Manage Assigned Caseload Maintain an assigned caseload of approximately 24 clients while providing consistent, patient-centered care and maintaining appropriate clinical availability. Meet Clinical Productivity Expectations Maintain a minimum of 20 billable clinical hours per week while balancing quality of care, documentation, and other clinical responsibilities. Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team Work collaboratively with psychiatric staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals through open consultation, communication, and coordinated patient care. Maintain Clinical Documentation Complete timely, accurate, and clinically sound documentation in accordance with organizational policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations. Participate in Peer Consultation and Team Learning Participate in peer case consultations, clinical discussions, trainings, and team-based learning opportunities to support continued professional development and clinical excellence. Support a Positive Clinical Culture Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, mutual respect, collaboration, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging while supporting a compassionate and patient-centered environment.
What You'll Need:
Doctor's degree in psychology or a related field from an accredited school. Active CA BBS Clinical license of Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in the outpatient mental health setting or private practice Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A desire to grow within a private clinic organization

Competitive Compensation Rates:
$80-90.00 Clinical Hour; $18.00/hr
Admin Rate Work Location:
In-person, hybrid, and virtual positions Expected hours: Non-Exempt W-2,
Part-Time Pay:
$80.00 - $90.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
