Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working within K-12 school settings Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations Excellent communication, organization, and empathetic listening skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for eligibility and intervention planning Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert guidance on student strengths, challenges, and accommodations Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, or behavioral concerns Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement effective strategies and support plans Assist with crisis intervention and provide resources for prevention and student resilience Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to federal, state, and school guidelines
