WALNUT CREEK | $23-$25/hour clinical wage after paid training Psychology major or recent graduate? Turn the textbook into a first word by helping children with autism build communication, social, self-care, and school-readiness skills. No ABA experience is required. You will need experience with children, reliable transportation, and availability for two weeks of full-time onsite training. Put Behavior Science On Its Feet Work one-on-one with children while learning from BCBAs, teachers, families, and behavioral health professionals. You will apply observation, reinforcement, data collection, skill acquisition, and rapport-building in real sessions, then watch small, measurable gains become meaningful life changes.
