Desired Qualifications:

At least one year of classroom experience Current or in-process Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license (must provide documentation; TEE not accepted) School psychologist certification or relevant credentials Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to proactively manage a full-time caseload and adapt to student needs across PK-8th grades Commitment to participate in all professional development, parent-teacher conferences, and scheduled school days (approximately 185 days)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive psychological services to students including assessments, counseling, and intervention planning Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student well-being and academic achievement Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) development Support positive behavioral interventions and crisis response as needed Engage in all school events, professional development days, and conferences central to student support and school culture
