Administer, score, interpret, and integrate standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessment measures. Develop individualized diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations based on clinical findings and available collateral information. Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy. Provide trauma-informed treatment and interventions. Assess and treat concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, behavioral difficulties, adjustment concerns, and other mental health conditions. Complete clinical interviews, mental status examinations, risk assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, psychological reports, and other required documentation. Provide feedback sessions to clients, parents, caregivers, and other appropriate parties regarding evaluation findings and recommendations. Collaborate with physicians, schools, therapists, psychiatrists, ABA providers, community agencies, and other professionals when appropriate. Provide consultation and recommendations regarding educational, behavioral, psychological, and treatment needs. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in accordance with ethical, legal, and professional standards. Participate in case consultation, supervision, professional development, and continuing education. Maintain knowledge of current diagnostic criteria, evidence-based assessment practices, therapeutic interventions, and ethical standards. Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to applicable state licensing requirements and professional ethical standards. Participate in community outreach and professional networking activities as appropriate.
