This position places you directly within schools, where your expertise as a licensed and certified School Psychologist will help foster students' educational and emotional growth. You'll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with educators and families to develop strategies that empower students to succeed both in and out of the classroom. Ideal Background & Skills Valid state license and certification as a School Psychologist Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school populations Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills Ability to develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Understanding of relevant federal, state, and local educational regulations Flexibility and adaptability in a school-based setting Primary Responsibilities Conduct psychological and educational evaluations for students referred for assessment Provide counseling and consultative services to students, parents, and staff Participate in team meetings to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Offer crisis intervention and support as needed Collaborate with teachers and administrators to create supportive and inclusive learning environments Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards Contribute to school-wide initiatives supporting mental health and student success Experience the satisfaction of helping students unlock their full potential as you lend your professional insight to a diverse and committed educational community.
