Key Qualifications:

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations (approximately 25 per year) to identify student needs and support academic and emotional development Provide some counseling services to high school students, using evidence-based strategies to promote positive outcomes Work closely with educators and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Offer consultative services and intervention recommendations for students facing academic, social, or behavioral challenges Attend team meetings and maintain thorough, organized documentation of services and assessments Act as an advocate for students' mental health and well-being within the school community
