Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist Experience working within high school settings preferred Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting results Strong counseling skills with adolescents, with the ability to offer supportive, evidence-based interventions Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations (28 annually) and prepare clear, actionable reports Provide direct counseling to a caseload of 10 students on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, tailoring approaches to individual needs Serve as a resource for staff and families, offering expertise in assessment results and intervention strategies Participate in IEP meetings, support multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to data-driven student plans Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, timelines, and ethical standards This role offers the opportunity to work on a focused caseload, allowing you to deliver personalized attention and make a meaningful impact.
