Qualifications/Requirements:

Valid School Psychologist certification and authorization to work in CT schools Experience with student evaluations, development of counseling plans, and documentation Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to provide individual and group counseling services to high school students Flexible, adaptable, and excited to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth student evaluations (28 total scheduled for the school year) Manage a caseload of approximately 10 students for weekly or biweekly counseling sessions Prepare reports and share findings in collaboration with other educational professionals Develop and implement strategies tailored to each students needs Support high school students social, emotional, and academic development
