Stamford, CT Job Description A school district in Stamford, Connecticut is seeking a qualified Bilingual School Psychologist for a fulltime, schoolbased contract . This position serves K12 students and focuses on assessment, intervention, and collaboration to support academic achievement and socialemotional development. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and has experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse student populations. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments in English and Spanish, as appropriate Interpret assessment results and prepare clear, compliant written evaluation reports Participate in IEP meetings , eligibility determinations, and multidisciplinary team discussions Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student learning, behavior, and mental health needs Support the development and monitoring of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide culturally responsive recommendations and interventions for diverse student populations Assist with MTSS, early intervention, and schoolbased mental health initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Support a safe, inclusive, and studentcentered learning environment Qualifications Active Connecticut School Psychologist certification required (070) Bilingual in English and Spanish required Ability to conduct assessments and communicate effectively in both languages Ability to pass background checks, fingerprinting, and district clearances Licensing and credentialing support may be available for eligible candidates Education Masters degree, Educational Specialist (Ed.
