Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students' wellbeing and growth as a School Psychologist in the Stamford, CT area. In this role, your expertise will be pivotal in assisting with student assessments and contributing to the development of psychological services across several school sites. With a flexible start of one day per week, you'll join a collaborative setting focused on helping students achieve their best.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
Current CT School Psychologist certification (PSYCH CT required) Proven experience in assessing student needs and writing evaluation reports Ability to travel between multiple school sites as needed Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive school environment
Responsibilities:
Conduct student psychological assessments and testing Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to school teams and families Potentially begin delivering ongoing psychological services to students Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators regarding student support plans Maintain accurate records and documentation according to district and state guidelines This contract position begins ASAP and continues through June 7, 2027, offering a unique opportunity to make a difference while working a manageable, part-time schedule to start.
