Job Description

Step into a dynamic role as a Bilingual School Psychologist, supporting students and educators in an innovative educational environment. This contract position offers you the opportunity to contribute your expertise in both English and Spanish throughout the entirety of the 26/27 school year, working onsite and engaging with a diverse district-wide caseload. As a valued educational professional, youll play an integral part in conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and providing guidance to inform student success. Your bilingual skills will be instrumental in helping bridge gaps and create supportive learning environments for all students across the district.
What Were Looking For:
Fluency in both English and Spanish Valid Connecticut School Psychologist Certification (070 required) Experience in school settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Proficiency in conducting thorough psychological assessments and evaluations Collaborative spirit for working closely with educators, families, and support staff
Your Key Responsibilities:
Complete bilingual psychological evaluations for students across the district Collaborate with educators and school teams to devise and implement intervention plans Interpret assessment results and provide feedback to families and staff Support a positive and inclusive school climate Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to district standards
