Job Description

Step into a dynamic educational environment as a Bilingual School Psychologist, making a meaningful impact for students across multiple grade levels. In this contract role, youll have the opportunity to use your expertise in both Spanish and Portuguese to support students academic, social, and emotional development onsite. Work 3032.5 hours per week in a collaborative atmosphere dedicated to fostering student success.
Key qualifications youll bring:
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and Portuguese Valid Connecticut Educator Certification Previous experience in school psychology, preferably working across a range of grade levels Flexibility and adaptability to manage various types of caseloads Strong communication, assessment, and consultation skills What youll be doing: Administrating comprehensive psychological assessments and interpreting results for students in need Collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to develop effective support strategies Providing individualized counseling and interventions to promote academic and emotional well-being Assisting with special education eligibility and IEP development, ensuring compliance and best practices Advocating for a positive and inclusive school climate Leveraging your bilingual skills to best serve a culturally diverse student population Enjoy a range of benefits in this rewarding role, including competitive weekly pay, along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
