Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting PreK-8th grade students in a school setting. This role centers around making an impact on young learners' academic, behavioral, and emotional growth throughout the 2026-2027 school year. With a set Monday-Friday schedule from 9AM to 3PM, you'll work 30 hours each week, contributing your expertise in a vibrant and collaborative educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

Current certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist (state requirements apply) Prior experience in K-8 or PreK-8 school settings preferred Strong skills in counseling, IEP development, and psychoeducational assessment Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families Organized, reliable, and dedicated to supporting diverse student needs

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct counseling and intervention services to PreK-8th grade students Conduct and interpret formal psychological and educational assessments Develop, write, and help implement IEPs, collaborating with educators and special education teams Participate in eligibility meetings, behavioral intervention planning, and progress monitoring Offer consultative support and guidance to teachers and families Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards Perks of the
