Position Details:

Full-time, contract positions (35 hours per week) Two openings available One position extends through May 2027, with the potential for renewal. A newly created role is available through March 30, 2027. Immediate start for both positions

Key Qualifications:

Current licensure and certification as a School Psychologist in Connecticut is required. Direct experience providing psychological services in a school-based setting. Competency in evaluation administration and knowledge of PPT (Planning and Placement Team) reporting. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for supporting K-12 students. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards within a diverse community. Onsite presence required; virtual interviews will be conducted via Zoom.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' educational, social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Deliver thorough evaluation reports, participate actively in PPT meetings, and recommend effective interventions. Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support the development of individualized education programs. Promote a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and resilience. Provide crisis intervention and ongoing consultation as needed.
