Qualifications & Experience:

Must hold a valid Delaware Psychologist License Previous experience as a school psychologist preferred Comfortable working onsite with elementary-aged students Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators Proficient in assessments, counseling, and developing intervention plans Willingness to pay for CBC fingerprinting ($85 fee applies)

What Youll Do:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations Provide direct and indirect support to students, including counseling and consultation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Consult with teachers and families to support student learning and emotional well-being Offer crisis intervention as needed Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to all confidentiality laws and district policies Work Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week, with a daily 30-minute unpaid lunch This role offers the chance to make a real difference, working closely with young learners and helping shape a supportive school environment.
