This contract-based, on-site opportunity offers a rewarding setting to provide direct services and collaborate with educators, families, and administrators. With three positions available, you'll join a dedicated group of professionals committed to fostering academic, emotional, and behavioral success for all learners.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working with school-age children (preferred) Strong ability to administer, score, and interpret psychoeducational assessments Knowledge of federal and state special education laws and best practices Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans
Responsibilities & Duties:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' needs, strengths, and challenges Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to design effective interventions Participate in multidisciplinary and IEP team meetings, providing psychological expertise Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development through counseling sessions and classroom interventions Maintain up-to-date documentation, reports, and case records in compliance with school and legal requirements Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, fostering a safe and supportive school climate Enjoy the professional fulfillment that comes from enhancing student outcomes and contributing to a nurturing school community.
