Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Active State License (DE, or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a K-12 setting is a plus Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to new environments quickly
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Provide consultation to teachers, parents, and administrators Advocate for students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs Support crisis interventions and provide counseling as needed Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
