Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility) Experience with psychoeducational evaluations, behavioral interventions, and counseling preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to different school cultures and work independently Previous experience in school settings is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students academic, emotional, and behavioral strengths and needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized student interventions and support plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed Consult with teachers and parents to support positive student outcomes Maintain accurate records and documentation according to regulations
