Key Qualifications:
Current, active School Psychologist license in Delaware Experience working as a school psychologist in an elementary setting preferred Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families Familiarity with IEP processes, FBA/BIP creation, and data-driven interventions Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments Candidates must agree to and cover the $85 CBC fingerprinting requirement
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to support student learning and growth Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students Consult with teachers, staff, and families to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs Participate in student support planning, data collection, and progress monitoring Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards This role offers a set schedule with Monday through Friday daytime hours (35 hours weekly, 30-minute unpaid lunch), spanning from the start date through June 8, 2027.
