Job Description
Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services in our inpatient setting. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help patients regain independence after major illness or injury. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
