Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic mental health team. Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral health interventions, and psychotherapy techniques tailored to individual needs. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions across outpatient and inpatient settings, addressing issues related to trauma, addiction, mental health disorders, and behavioral challenges. Offer crisis intervention services promptly and effectively to individuals experiencing acute mental health emergencies or crises. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including social workers, medical professionals, educators, and caregivers—to coordinate comprehensive care strategies. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines. Engage in ongoing research activities or professional development to stay current with advancements in psychological testing, evidence-based practice, and telehealth therapy modalities. Qualifications Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution. Valid licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the respective state or jurisdiction. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics across outpatient and inpatient settings. Demonstrated expertise in child & family counseling, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and behavioral health treatment planning. Familiarity with mental health diagnostics, psychological testing (including autism spectrum disorders support), and individual psychological assessments. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism or ADHD. Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations, clinical ethical guidelines, medical records management, and telehealth therapy platforms. Excellent communication skills for client engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration. Supervising experience is preferred for those interested in mentoring junior staff or trainees.
