9679639-30542 Job Description Exciting opportunities await for those passionate about supporting students academic, social, and emotional growth. This contract position as a School Psychologist offers the chance to work with a diverse K-12 caseload in a collaborative educational environment. With a start date as soon as possible and a commitment through the end of May 2027, youll play a vital role in shaping positive student experiences and outcomes.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
Valid Georgia School Psychologist License (required) Experience providing direct services and assessments for K-12 students Strong background in special education processes and requirements Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support and Response to Intervention (RTI) Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments Collaborate closely with special education teachers, administrators, and parents to support individualized student plans Provide direct support and intervention for students with a variety of needs Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and other multidisciplinary team processes Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations Support staff and families with resources, coaching, and consultation This role is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic school settings and are eager to impact student success. Your schedule will be 7:30am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday, and youll enjoy one hour of dedicated planning time each day along with a 30-minute duty-free lunch.
