Required Qualifications Psychologist, School PSY-IL Master's or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology State Certification and / or Licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working in a School Setting Professional Education Licensure (PEL) with School Support Personnel Endorsements Preferred Qualifications Strong Knowledge of Child Development, Learning Theories, and Behavioral Interventions Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members Proficiency in assessment tools and techniques used in school and educational settings Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations.
