Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Embrace a rewarding opportunity where your expertise as a School Psychologist will make a meaningful impact throughout the full academic year. This full-time, onsite role places you at the heart of a supportive clinical team known for excellence in case management and collaboration, located on the vibrant west side of Chicago.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Licensed or credentialed School Psychologist, meeting state requirements Strong background in conducting student evaluations and assessments Proven ability to develop, implement, or support IEPs Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
Role Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students Work closely with the educational team to support and develop effective IEPs Participate in problem-solving to address students' academic, social, and emotional needs Serve as a resource and advocate for students, families, and staff Document findings, progress, and recommendations in a timely, organized manner Foster a positive, inclusive environment within the school community
