2996661946-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Seabright School and Therapy Staffing seeks a School Psychologist to support partner schools in the Charlotte, NC area. In this role, you will conduct psychoeducational assessments, participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, and provide counseling, behavior interventions, and consultation to teachers and families. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success, support MTSS/RTI, and assist with crisis intervention. Seabright offers flexible school placements, relationship-focused support, and opportunities for professional growth in diverse educational settings. Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students to support learning and behavioral needs Develop and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans Provide individual and group counseling to support students' social-emotional and mental health needs Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on interventions and supports Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and special education eligibility/IEP meetings Document services, maintain accurate records, and prepare professional reports Support crisis intervention, risk assessments, and student safety planning as needed Contribute to school-wide mental health, MTSS/RTI, and prevention initiatives Required Skills Psychoeducational assessment IEP development and compliance Behavioral intervention planning Individual and group counseling Functional behavior assessment (FBA) Progress monitoring and data analysis Crisis intervention and risk assessment
