Duties Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery Review blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to interpret specifications accurately Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety standards Oversee construction site activities including framing, drywall installation, masonry, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work, and fixture installation Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam for project documentation and communication Estimate project costs accurately using construction estimating techniques and adjust plans as needed Operate heavy equipment when necessary and ensure proper use of power tools and hand tools on-site Coordinate remodeling projects by following detailed construction plans and specifications Ensure all work aligns with blueprint specifications while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship in carpentry, plastering, stucco application, gutter installation, flooring installation, and more Lead the fabrication of custom components when required and oversee their installation on-site Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project progress, timelines, and any potential issues Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in general contracting roles Extensive knowledge of building material installation including drywall, tile masonry, cabinetry, doors hanging, flooring, and fixture setup Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately Skilled in using Bluebeam software for document review and markup processes Hands-on experience with plumbing systems, electrical wiring, heavy equipment operation, and power tools Ability to perform dimensional measurements precisely using tape measures and other measuring devices Strong understanding of safety protocols related to ladder use, scaffolding, heavy machinery operation, and site hazard mitigation Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members Knowledge of remodeling techniques as well as new construction processes across residential or commercial projects Physical ability to perform manual tasks involving lifting heavy materials or working at heights safely Join us to lead innovative projects that transform spaces!
