Job Description

Take your expertise as a School Psychologist to an impactful full-time role serving elementary students in a supportive educational environment. This position offers a rewarding chance to make a positive difference by supporting the academic, emotional, and behavioral growth of young learners on an onsite contract basis through the end of May 2027.
Qualifications and Experience:
Possess an active Illinois School Psychologist license and Professional Educator License (PEL) Demonstrated experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a school setting Strong assessment, counseling, and case management skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, educators, and families Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments Adaptability and organizational skills to manage a caseload of 35-45 students
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological and educational assessments to support student learning and well-being Provide individual and group counseling for students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement appropriate interventions and supports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines Offer crisis intervention and consultative support as needed Youll benefit from competitive weekly compensation, along with health, dental, and vision insurance to keep you covered.
