Qualifications:

Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Illinois Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field Experience with PreK-12 student populations preferred Knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills Ability to develop and implement effective interventions and support plans Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities Experience with Special Education processes and IEP meetings is desirable

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs and 504 plans Provide individual and group counseling to address social-emotional and behavioral challenges Facilitate and participate in student support meetings, including crisis intervention as needed Support implementation of behavior intervention plans and positive behavioral supports Work with school staff to promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning climate Assist with professional development opportunities and training for faculty and staff Youll find yourself contributing to a mission-driven school community and gaining valuable experience working alongside dedicated professionals.
