Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by serving as a full-time, onsite School Psychologist for the upcoming school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly regarded case manager and a supportive clinical team, providing essential services at a campus on the west side of Chicago.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support students' academic and emotional well-being Provide consultation and recommendations for interventions and supports Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with all state and federal guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified School Psychologist (eligible in the state of Illinois) Previous experience working within a school setting Strong understanding of assessment tools, special education law, and the IEP process Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to build rapport and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals This role allows you to work the full school year in a vibrant, engaging educational environment.
