Conduct assessments of students' academic, cognitive, and behavioral needs. Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students. Collaborate with teachers and parents on student support plans and IEPs. Consult on behavior and learning strategies for classrooms. Support mental health and prevention programs within the school.
