Desired Qualifications:

Valid School Psychologist certification or license (state-specific or eligibility for reciprocity) Experience in K-12 school setting, with strong knowledge of special education law and processes Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychoeducational and psychological assessments Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations for students in special education Review educational records, outside reports, and relevant history Administer, score, and interpret a range of assessment tools (psychological, cognitive, behavioral, social-emotional, academic, adaptive) Perform classroom observations and collect data from teachers and caregivers Attend eligibility determination and IEP meetings Collaborate with educators, therapists, specialists, and administrators Maintain compliance with IDEA, FERPA, and all state and school policies Complete required documentation within set timelines
