Job Description

Step into a transformative role supporting students as a School Psychologist working onsite in a vibrant school setting near Rensselaer, IN. This full-time contract opportunity allows you to make a significant educational and emotional impact, serving a diverse caseload of Pre-K through 12th grade students. Your expertise will help foster positive learning environments while collaborating with dedicated educators and families.
Key Qualifications:
Active Indiana School Psychologist License required Previous experience with a Pre-K-12th grade caseload is highly desirable Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based interventions Proficient in administering psychological evaluations and creating actionable reports Excellent communication and teamwork skills, working effectively with students, staff, and parents
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for referred students Interpret assessment data to drive individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies Consult with teachers, counselors, and families to support academic, social, and emotional growth Deliver crisis intervention and counseling services as needed Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary team discussions
