Overview Kindred Roots is growing and we are looking to hire a compassionate, driven, and highly skilled clinician to meet the demand! An ALMFT or LMFT is preferred, but a different licensure with extensive clinical experience working with families or couples would be considered. The vision of Kindred Roots is to specialize in systemic work, so a passion the systemic theory and for working with couples and families is a must. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to couples, families and individuals in our beautiful office space in Valparaiso, IN. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and the ability to conduct assessments and develop effective treatment plans, all from a systemic perspective. The position offers the flexibility, independence, and high earning potential that comes with private practice work all in a warm and collaborative environment! Qualifications Master's degree Valid licensure in Indiana Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and intervention from a systemic perspective Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in therapy practice
