Key Qualifications:
Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist Strong understanding of assessment, intervention, and consultation in educational settings Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families Prior experience in schools is preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments Deliver direct and indirect support to students in need Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop interventions and support plans Attend and contribute to team meetings, IEP/504 conferences, and parent consultations Consult with teachers and administrators to promote positive learning environments Help monitor student progress and update recommendations as necessary Maintain accurate and timely documentation
