9557174-67052 Job Description Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting the well-being and academic growth of young learners. We are seeking a skilled School Psychologist for a contract opportunity working with an elementary caseload for the full school year. This is a full-time role, though part-time candidates will also be considered.
What You'll Need:
Active School Psychologist certification/license (as required by state regulations) Experience working in an elementary school setting preferred Strong understanding of assessment tools and interpretation Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Effective communication and collaboration skills Passion for supporting students social, emotional, and academic needs Ability to adapt to varying school environments and cultures
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student concerns Develop data-based recommendations for interventions and services Support students through individual and small group counseling as needed Participate in multidisciplinary and IEP team meetings Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines Contribute to crisis intervention, prevention, and response services Promote positive behavior and mental health in the school community Enjoy the benefits of a contract position that values your expertise and offers flexibility in scheduling.
